Tonight is Seacompression Five out at Sandpoint. If ever there was a party to go to in Seattle, this would be it so I hope to see you there!
Here are some other pictures from the day my profile picture was shot (In resizing them I seem to have made them a little blurry so sorry for that) not for a set obviously, but I hope you enjoy them in honor of the beauty of Fall. Speaking of Fall, the rain has been falling for days. I discovered Project Runway the other day, by accident and am hopelessly hooked. I have rented and watched the entire 1st season and 2/3 of the 2nd season already and it's only been a week. I'm appalled at myself!

A girl from high school just found me on myspace and we have been writing back and forth. I haven't really kept in touch with anybody from that time so it's pretty cool to bump into people here and there and see what has become of them. Anyway, she was nice enough to scan this photo of me from a dance we went to in 1988. It's funny to see pictures of me from that time. In 1991 my family's house burned down and every picture and momento from my life up to 18 years old burned. For a girl who saved everything and went to every dance and took pictures like crazy, this was a really hard blow. It was a good thing in a way though because it helped me learn the lesson of impermanence and taught me not to hold on to material posessions so strongly. ...but still, I do miss all those keepsakes I lost, especially a velvet lined jewelry box my grandpa made me when I was born that said ...

Ahh, nostalgia. Those photos look like a different era, for sure, but, somehow, you managed to avoid the worst elements of the time period.
