Training for competitions, February debut

For those that haven't heard yet, for which I apologize, I decided to compete in the sport of powerlifting. Lift big, get big kind of lifestyle felt like it fit in with what I already do for work. For now, I'm registered for the Raw Open and am training to compete in February. Also, for now I will only be competing in Louisiana during my week off when I fly home from work.
