Thus a new year comes, and a new life rises from ashes of the ruins of my former living style. I'm back in Black and I'm Glad to be back! \m/
I had a relapse with drugs and isolation and overdid it and my house-mate saw me go cross-eyed (apparently, I don't recall half of it) But the paramedics were called, and I came to, answered some questions, and got whisked away to ICU because my heart rate would dip down to 40bpm.
Sent to a 5150 ward, (three day hold), which turned into a 5250 (2 week hold). I tried to avoid most people and just work on putting myself together again. I came out a new man, and made resolutions this year for living life instead of killing myself (be it slowly or quickly).
Started martial arts again last night, did cardio, and took the class. I feel like a million bucks, and I have a new passion for life again. Despite the dire things that we hear about in the news, I refuse to let despair wreck my living in the now!

I'm sorry you've had such a difficult descent into chaos. It takes a great deal of strength to rise above and break the cycle. I'm glad to hear you are making positive changes to your life. May your passion guide you to good things in life.
Thank you! Moving is stressful, but So far this year moving hasn't been as stressful as its been in the past.
