Update!
Everything's good in my neck of the woods.
Doctor visit went great, and I feel a helluvalot better now anyhow.
Need to quit the cancer sticks aka cigarettes soon or I'll pay for it in the future with my future.
Just writing that out helped a bit. I have a mid-years resolution to quit before I turn 31.
