I sent him a quick e-mail saying, "I'm really rather busy. I work with the same panels you do every day. They always want the same things. Here's what they want: real-time reporting access, auto-forwards back to their website, capture each respondent's panel ID. Are you positive you need me for your conference call? It's always the same."
He writes back, "Yes, we would like to have a kick-off call with you?"
