So, I've lost all my former information that was posted here, and that's good I guess. It alows me a fresh slate, but I haven't had anyrthing that interesting happen to me lately. I posted about my volunteer work in Houston with the Hurricane Katrina people displaced here, a few bits about house/dogsitting, a ew things about revelling in my parents achieving 60 years of marriage together and FINALLY getting through to me. The world is so much simpler when you quite trying to over analyze it or outhink it. Once you embrace it with an open mind without your preconceived notions you can see it for what it is. You can't change the world (Sorry to all the idealists out there). BUT, you can change your portion of it.

thanks for your comment. thoughtful. i appreciate the time you invested into giving me that advice. i'm lucky to have had a love of learning instilled in me as far back as i remember, and the idea of inspiring students to pursue their passions, to learn, ask questions, and maybe change the world... well, that'd be a dream come true.
