So I know nobody out there reads this thing, but hopefully putting it here will allow me a level of self-accountability.
I'm a fat ass. The story of my weight is long and rambling but the short of it is I was a normal kid. My parents split up and my mom over compensated by feeding me. I became fat. I maxed out on my weight in High School at 310lbs. I went to University and realized how fat I was and started loosing weight. That summer I lost about 80lbs and went back to school at just over 220. I bottomed out at 195.
Now I work a job where I sit on my can all day about 30 feet from a donut outlet and have worked my way back up to 265. I feel like a piece of shit most of the time.
I need to loose weight. I want to be 185lbs, so my first steps are to give up sweets, and eat a salad every night with supper. Second I will work out more often.
I've always been healthy, but as I'm getting older I can feel it catching up to me.
Here goes. March 4th - 265, 43" waist.

don't be so hard on yourself...just try to change what you don't like..it will just take time
