If you're going to submit a news story, we need a link to the original article. You also need to do an original write-up. You can't just copy/paste.

If you'd like to resubmit the article about diaries, using those guidelines, I'd be happy to edit it. If not, I'll write it myself and give you what's called a "hat tip" (credit in the article for pointing me to the story).
