I read that adventure you had with the special forces. Sounds like fun.. in some ways. I wish you would of been strapped with some lazer ammo to tag one though. maybe next time? ... whoa.. check out that party at the castle.. that sounds wicked.
I enjoy a good overcast day myself. Fall makes for some of the greatest cloudy skies. If the cloudy spells get too long it can get a little depressing though.

Well.....off I go to do some training. We are heading by the border of Poland to train with special forces for 2 weeks. I hope these 2 weeks go by fast. Ill miss you all.

The only remotely crazy thing that happened today was coming down the stairs at the wrong time to find out that I'm getting a Mac G5 for my birthday/graduation present. My Dad was literally walking in the door with the 17 inch flatscreen monitor when I came down stairs. Whoops! Oh well. Now we just gotta wait for the computer itself to be shipped.

I respect people who fight to defend our country, but I never wanted to go into the military. The movie "A Few Good Men" and others like it, kinda killed it for me....not that there was much to kill in the first place.
The higher ranking officers have no excuse for berating people who want to leave after they've served their time and want to go home. If they get all aggro about it, that just makes a soldier less likely to come back.
