It may seem strange, but I always believed that I was born in the wrong era. Although I love technology, I would like to be born in the late 1800s in which, maybe, respect for the feelings and the people, it was still a diffuse value.
And that is why, that I know I can define myself a gentleman. A little like those characters of Victorian novels ... Someone told me that if I were a character in a novel, I would be Colonel Brandon (Sense and Sensibility). And I believe it a little ...
It's not arrogance, only self-consciousness
I believe that a Real Man, is the one who doesn't make his lady jealous of the other, but he makes other women jealous of his own.
But unfortunately, these qualities, although they are rare, or maybe precisely for this reason, frighten most women, used to that kind of "males" who often are jerks and superficial.

I love that quote, and believe in it. Its good that you see yourself diferent from the others based inyour atitude :) if you have a good atitude to women it sure is apreciated

@ainoa: thanks again for your kindness. <3 :) But, unfortunately, most of women are not interested or don't believe in this kind of attitude... Anyway, if I never find a woman who appreciate me, entirely, in the same way I can appreciate and (try to) understand her, I will always have cats. A lot of cats! =^.^=
