So after a long lovely day drinking in St Augustine, my better half and I returned home and rented BOWLING FOR COLUMBINE. I was curious for the longest time because I grew up outside Littleton and Columbine was only a 15-20 minute drive, I also remember being picked on by people and wearing a Trench Coat (Back in 96) and enjoying violent video games. I probably didn't go crazy at my school because I had outlets like theater and clubs and good friends, and there were so many gangs at my school, people were shot almost every year.
The point is, the movie is strirring up mixed feelings, partially homesick, partially glad to get out of there, and the "documentary" has some holes. Like Littleton isn't a small town, it's a RICH suburb of Denver but guns are still bad...
