Earthlink pretty much kicks ass so far. Quitting AOL, on the other hand, was like escaping from the womb via cesarean. I don't know how many times I had to tell that poor woman
"NO. I want to cancel my service TODAY. I DON'T want to take advantage of this exciting promotional offer. SHUT MY ACCOUNT OFF."
And she kept calling me "The Chosen One" in reference to this promo offer they were trying to get me to keep my service for. One wonders if there are people that works for.
