Honestly Poppa: Your face looks thinner than the last time I saw you! It's all around though: I gained close to 15lbs since November, but I'm back on the wagon as of 9 days ago. Still getting the carb hunger pains...ugh!

From my experience, you need to already feel good about yourself in order to succeed in any self-improvement venture. I was inspired to get to where I was in the best shape of my life by getting involved with a much, much younger woman. Alas, without her being around anymore, I've gone back to my old ways.
