I DIT IT. I FUCKING DID IT!. I closed on my house on Friday. I saved it from foreclosure and Im starting a life now. Lol. It going to be great. I kicked out the old roomate, he wasnt helping and I was really getting sick of getting the rent just whenever he felt like getting it to me. I have a new roomate moving in soon, acctually its my unicorn. I know weird but hey, 3 years plus the guy shes with now is really cool so I can really care less. Plus she can afford the whole rent and pay it on time, YAY! Im starting the home improvements again while I can and hopefully it shall be done soon. I am more then likely going to throw a schndig when all is in place, and that may be around my birthday......
