Hay brutha, glad things are on track for you ..... you still getting in the gym? ,, I have been on and off latley, 3 times some weeks and only a couple others, I am ready to get back from monday to 4-5 times per week, having invested in all this new ink, i need to make sure th canvas is appropriate .. will update m y blog in a while with the latest adventures, I am totally with you about life re-grouping, I will be aiming for a Jan lifestyle change, I managed 4 months of clean healthy living this year jan-april b4 it all went down hill. still 1/3 of a year aint too bad. laters my friend ..

Working out... Hmm, I could probably stand to do some of that. I just can't stand the gym - if only it were outdoors. Wish I lived closer to the mountains so I could do a hike on a regular basis or something.
