So I moved to Las Vegas last December to take a job and have loved it here for the most part!!! The one thing that I've found to be funny/irritating is the amount of people that have come to visit. I know that sounds like a weird statement but hear me out. I grew up in Fremont, CA, which is in the East Bay of the SF Bay Area. I was living in San Jose before moving here, and most of my friends still live in the East Bay. I've been visited by more of these friends since I've lived here than when I lived in San Jose. I guess it's easier to fly an hour and a half then drive a half and hour to forty-five minutes. Maybe, they're really just coming to Vegas and I'm just a happy accident, I guess I'll take what I can get. By no means is this a poor me kind of blog, just something I thought off the night before a couple of friends hit town.
