So my modem died on Thursday morning. No internet except for at work and on my phone. I cancelled my satellite a few months back to cut costs. Same with netflix.
It looks like my labor day weekend will be spent reading painting and packing.
Not a bad thing, but I think it's kind of funny when I consider how reliant I have become on the interwebz and my cell phone...
I Managed to get through most of my 20s without tv, internet and cell phones...
Oh and it looks like the move to Colorado is happening. D day has come and gone...still no roommate. I should be back online by Wednesday...
Assuming I decide to go through with switching internet providers for a month give or take.
Just trying to keep my head up right now. If I didn't hate the term "fml" so much, this is where I might add that. Fact is, i still love my life, I just don't want to give up my job.
*sigh*
Trying to remind myself that all things happen for a reason, when one door closes another one opens, (insert positive cliche here) but Damn it's difficult to do that sometimes...

I resisted the same digital realms for a long time. While I cannot imagine not having them now, I miss the peace of being entirely unavailable.
