this is the reason I don't offer to pick up lunch for coworkers anymore - someone will stiff you for tips and/or tax. one current coworker apparently refuses to tip people, but regularly eats in expensive establishments. what the hell, people - if you can afford to eat out, you can afford the extra 20% for tip plus tax.

Yeah, ask Erica for the total. I ended up throwing in an extra 10 dollars on top of a 7 dollar tip and that still hadn't covered what we were short. So you better show up to my next event and bring me some Guiness.
