so after a night of self discovery, i found that i'm missing a few pieces of me again. one big one is getting my core back into the shape that i want it. i still look good naked , but i want to bounce punches off again. mainly i want a solid breath. anyone who does yoga or meditates will understand. yep, tat would be nice. anyone else have a personal goal going?
