I have hit a road block somewhere along my life journey. I don't know if it is something I can mentally overcome or not. It all seems so physical. Some foods have been making me physically ill for, oh I would say about three weeks now. Everytime that happens, in reaction I lose interest in eating. In my body's response to all of that I end up losing weight that I desperately need. Now I am so tired. I mean dead tired all the time. I can sleep constantly. I don't feel exactly depressed. Usually with my depression comes the tiredness. I just don't feel like that though. I do have a lot of stressors in my life right now. Something just feels off though. I am going to try to fix this problem with a new routine hopefully. I plan to try and start going to bed earlier, a lot earlier, and wake up super early and start my day off with a yoga routine. Yoga almost always helps me. Hopefully I can break through at least the sleepy barrier. I feel like a zombie. Well, my meds make me feel like that anyway, but I mean more than usual. Lets hope all of this works! Doctors don't exactly always feel like my friends.

I don't want to scare you, but a friend of mine went through something similar. He found out that he had diabetes. I'm not saying you have it, too, but it might be something worth checking into.

I pushed the wrong button, I'm sorry. Friend?
