That's a great self humilation story you got there. I'ts embarassing but it's always a good oportunity to look back and laugh.

Once I went all the way to technical assistance with my laptop claiming that my keyboard was on short cirtuit, and the keys were being mismatched and it was typeing numbers instead of the letters... The guy took to my computer and pressed "Num Lock" and gave me it right back saying "there you go sir! "

Never went back there.....
