Well FML. Don't think my daughter is gonna be spending the night here tomorrow as I have just discovered the reason I am so cold is my furnace has apparently decided to take a giant dump. I have no idea wtf is wrong with it. The pilot is still lit. Just won't "kick on".
I am fucking freezing & huddled under my down comforter.

I wish I knew more about HVAC. I really don't want to call a repairman to come & let em see what a damn slob I am. Its really really bad. I suppose I could spend some time cleaning & then call them LOL. Would help keep me warm tongue

When we were building my family's home years ago, my uncle put our furnace in upside-down. Surprisingly it worked for many years, just leaked a little bit. I always thought of furnaces as a big cranky monster slumbering in my basement. Good luck!

well it appears my day has started off pretty....bleh

No heat except my lil ancient space heater (which I am reluctant to leave on for long as it is ancient & probably not super safe, but luckily since it is ancient it heats this place up in minutes).

Just got word from my guy that he is going to "try" to come over but can't promise anything frown

Debating whether to clean my pad now & call repair guy, or go see a movie by myself ( frown ) & clean up later. Was planning on going to movie tomorrow while my mom has my baby (pissed off at my mom, don't want to spend time with her) but thinking a better excuse would be waiting for a HVAC repairman...
I can go one more night without central heat. Woke up all warm & sweaty under my down comforter this morning. And I really wanna see Breaking Dawn 1 (FUCK YOU! DON'T JUDGE ME!).
