My job, Part one.
For those who don't know what I do when I'm at work, I work for a fellow named Howard. When I was hired on they needed a maintinence machinist. Howard has another company in Manilla and he was out there at the time I was hired. He didn't even really want me to be hired on but Dave --a guy who grew up with Howard and has worked with him since they invented this molding process we do back in the 1950s-- saw me and noticed that I was for real when I said I could make plastic molds and hired me right then.
Boy was Howard pissed when he got back and saw that Dave had hired this kid in his mid 20s to do a job that most verteran machinists can't even do that well. After a few months he saw what I was capable of and had a bit of change in heart. Now I do pretty much everything for them.
