Here's what I'm making. Well, here's the part that the plastic injection mold I'm making will produce.
SPOILERS! (Click to view)We're currently thermoforming it. We take a big sheet of ABS plastic that's the size of a peice of plywood and heat it up under a heating eliment. It's basically a huge huge ass space heater that brings the plastic to it's softening point. It's then sucked down with vacume onto our pattern. It, compared to injection molding, is a hellaciously expensive process. Just turning the machine on and running it for a few days raised Howards power bill by $6,000 (if you think that's bad his gas bill during our busy time is over $30,000). Injection molding these parts will cut the cost per part by about $8. There are 8 of them per spa and we ship around 10 spas per day. Because the mold for these things will be saving the boss $166,400 per year this was a bit of a rush job. I started working on it in January. The boys are getting very anxious to see some plastic come out of my mold.
I'll be putting in 90hr work weeks for the next few weeks so I might not be around too much in the next few weeks.
I was going to make a humongous entry explaining what it is. I've got a fair bit of it written up but decided that I'll feed it to you in smaller bits over the next few days. 
My ass will stay shapely and nice. I am just toning up my legs, thighs, abs and the rest of me. My ass has stayed the same size for quite awhile now.

I am only allowed to ride the kids and dark rides at DL right now, since the rollycoasters are too hard on my back.
Cos the Pooh ride makes me happier than anything in the park. I even learned the words to the music!
