you know, i should probably be heading to bed. But dammit, SG is too fucking awesome. I'm kind of weirded out by it, in fact. Rarely has one "thing" (be it a group, an ensemble, etc) been so "on" about whatever the hell i'm into.
I almost feel like I can't recommend this site to other people, since I don't think anyone else(that I know immediately) is going to enjoy the site as much.
anything else... nope, the weekend came and went. I got dressed up (dropped $80 on a tux) and had a reasonable time, all told. Its weird, really, because the more i bond with specific people, the less affinity I have for the whole group.
Editor's note: Ben (that's me) is a member of the Spartan Marching Band. That's the group i'm talking about.
Anyway, I'm kind of out of it, actually, having marched my last season just this past fall. But the last formal occasion has come and went. And I'm still not really missing the experience. I'm still sure it'll hit once I see it from the outside.
