today i am not nearly as crabby. actually, i'm not particularly crabby at all. i'm having a pretty good day. it's not really cold outside, great big flakes are falling again, i had a great night last night doing birthday things for a friend and my sister and baba, the boy got a promotion at work, there's a giant (rough-legged) hawk hanging out downtown terrorizing the pigeons, i get a giant christmas lunch today at work, and it's almost the weekend. i see not too many things to be crabby about today.
thanks to everyone who gave me reasons not to be crabby yesterday and left me kisses and hugs and other similarily lovely things.
to you.
took my baby into the VW dealership to get checked out today. it was doing some odd things yesterday for the boy, and they've found out that it needs a new booster control selenoid. unfortunately, they don't have the part in so it has to go in next week. fortunately, we can still drive it without the part, it's just going to act up.
speaking of the baby, i still don't know what to name my car. i've been tossing ideas around, as i feel that she deserves a name, but i don't know what. i'll give you a description to let you know what she's like and then you can give me suggestions.
2003 Volkswagen Golf GLS TDI. Loaded with everything but the sunroof and electronic traction control. Sweet little 1.9L Turbo Diesel Engine. Indigo blue, 4 door, still has factory rims and all that, charcoal grey interior, 5 speed manual transmission. I love her, but I don't know what to call her. Suggestions? (and yes, i'm quite certain she's a girl car).
happy thursday everyone. 1 more work day 'til the weekend!

I've been listening to Nigel Planer read the Hogfather just to get me in the holiday spirit.
Oh and I forgot your kisses, so
You have Hobbit for Game Cube? How is it? I was thinking about getting that.
