Back again... Has anyone else noticed that Capital One pretty much sucks when it comes to "customer service?" Ah well, I'm back and life is good.

Okay... it's Christmas Eve, I'm bored to tears. My hair is now down to the middle of my back. The only grey in it is at the temples and doesn't actually look too bad.
