Why is it when I call a hotel now they tell me that "It's a great day at the Hampton Inn"? I don't care. I'm not at the Hampton Inn, that's why I'm calling there. And when I get YOU on the phone do I tell you what kind of day I'M having? No. I keep it to myself.
