Heatherann's set is finally up. So henceforth today, Oct 7, shall be known as Heatherann Day. I want kids to sing Heatherann Carols. I want old people to complain that Heatherann Day has become to commercialized and that it isn't what it used to be. I want animated TV specials and greeting cards.

So in other news NY was thrown into a panic yesterday when an announcement was made that a terrorist threat has raised the security alert in NY subways. Well if you dig a while you find out that this terror alert was based on information from prisoners captured two months ago. Now first of all take the source of this information into account.
But secondly, do you think there is ANY coincidence that the terror alert is raised when Bush's political standing is at his lowest point and when he is making yet another speech trying to sell his war to the American public? Has anyone noticed that terror alerts seem to coincide with things that the Bush administration doesn't want in the news? A terror alert was issued during the Democratic National Convention last summer, then right after the Presidential debates, now when Karl Rove is about to be indicted, and AFTER Tom Delay has been indicted TWICE.
Forgive me if I'm not getting under my desk. I'm tired of them trying to scare me with boogieman stories.

Heh, I couldn't agree more. I mean, what? "OMG!!! I heard this RUMOR from SEVERAL MONTHS AGO that there MIGHT be SOMETHING happening SOMETIME AROUND NOW-ISH!!! I can't leave my apartment for, like, at LEAST a week."
