Today I am Mutherfucking Martha Stewart. Baking pity pie for boys at work. Pumpkin pie. I am the master to hearth and home. My fingers smell like cinnamon, and I love it.
I saw the new Star Wars movie, and I didn't hate it as much as I thought I would. I'm one of "those" people who never really "got" Star Wars. But it wasn't bad, simply because it filled in so many holes in the story that had been making me crazy. I'm still all *glare* for George Lucas, though. That beard just gives me the willies.
Moving out is making me insane. It really is. I'm so stressed. Like borderline flinging feces stressed. I need a Xanex. Or a really hot shag.
On the up side A) I got a promotion at work, so I'm a manager again. Woo hoo. It means an extra $1/hr and better hours, so whatever. I need the money if I'm going to pay for all of my misdeeds this summer. B) My mom's boyfriend has a small business plan under review with the Gov. of Man. and if it's approved he's going to hire me. Which makes me super happy cuz I'll be making at least twice what I am now, and it's what I went to school for AND I'll be able to work from home. So that's pretty cool, I really hope it goes through.
I've decided to add Arete to my Favourite Girls list, which is weird for me, because we went all the way through kindergarten - grade 12 together. And now she's naked and famous. The last set solidifed it for me, though, she and Feral_Phoenix are a powerhouse. Not unlike Linkin Park and Jay-Z. (k, forget that last part, I'm an ass)
