i woke up today feeling daisy fresh, but only to find my myself picking and dwelling on old songs. happily, lazy-tired, after a night of harem style girl talk, with intelligent, lovely, world traveling, three syllable word-using, crafty ladies, i really cannot complain. it is my style to dwell on things unkind and yet natural.

I LOVE LOVE. ( i bet if i were a...

feel free to be amazed by the dexterity of my fingers as i rip through this new journal entry...
lets talk about passion and whether or not it is a real blood born feeling or just a witched up glamour. it could be just a youthful exploit...because its always the young ones, isn't it, that want to eat you, not whole, either, but in succulent...

digitaladdiction:
passion is most certainly a blood-borne feeling.

And you can feel it at many ages, though past puberty it's less confusing -- or maybe more so. I think it's often mistaken for love.

And love can happen at the same time.

I'm going to mix problems now, but the usual thing I run into is that it's natural to have someone project their hopes for a "perfect" mate, when humans are very often less than perfect in many respects, but universially bad at meeting somebody else's dream expectations.

Anyway, I think I've blathered on. Maybe you don't think so, but my headache disagrees.

Good luck if this is more than an academic problem.

I'm sorry for long strings in italian, I know it's unkind....but we can speak more easily in this way. I write in english but I'm not so good to blush ...(eehh but my accent is quite good instead)
Do you like italian poetry for real? What do you read to?
sandbender:
i imagine how this would be, the two of us in a kitchen, all this deliciousness; we, happily working on things that'll please our senses...

i am trying to write my thesis within 3 months (2+ already passed) after more than a year of reading and thinking alongside a mediocre life.
the topic is the formation of subject-positions in relation to mechanisms of normalization, performativity and agency. i try to formulate how we still can speak and act in a political sense after the deconstruction of the subject (as a category and concept) makes institutionalized democratic politics look being out of place, useless, even harmful to the desire of living a social and ethical (happy?) life.
i will argue that we have to turn back onto ourselves, learn to deal with and govern ourselves, as if we can't stand/do that (us), there is no way of living together. wich (the latter) is the case nowadays. it's that we have to learn to risk what we think we are to become what we have no words for yet, a critical and empirical practice.
the theories i refer to mainly deal with the construction of our ideas of gender, sexual practices and their relation to the subject/ourselves. among others, there are analyses of (what we know call) sexuality in ancient greece and rome and its relationship to the every day life, (like government, dietetics, philosophy, love. &c).
does this make sense?

i think this is the longest entry i've ever writen on this site. where can i get my omelette, petal? kiss
