So apparently I lost a brake pad and destroyed my rotors. I don't actually know what any of that means. All I actually understand about it is that it costs almost $300 to fix. Fortuntately, my parents are having a really random and rare spurt of generousity, and that'll pretty much take care of it.

Thanks to JeezieChreezie I made it up to Chico as planned, and I've spent the last two days with unravled and MisterSatan. Tonight I hit the bars and catch up with a bunch of old friends, and I'll be home tomorrow to pick up my car and clean my apartment before my roommates are back in town. Not a bad Thanksgiving, all things considered.
