so i went with justin today while he got his tattoo. it turned out really fucking good. it took about 5-6 hours. we were there from 2-9. it was a really long day, but justin sat really well, until the end, and he just had to stop. but most of it is finished.
i took that right after he started the color. it's alot more finished than that. all of the neg space is done in blue, and he put red and orange and yellow in the heart. it's really really well done. he was going to have a banner done underneath of it that said "art for art's sake" in latin -- but they didnt get to that.
dave [our tatt. artist] said that he's only done 12 belly tattoos in his whole career -- and only 3 of them have actually gotten finished.
we were surprised to hear that, but it's a really painful spot. i'm proud of him, and glad i went bkz dave is a fucking character and a half. he's so down to earth and such a cool guy. my stomach hurt from laughing. he took pix of my back work again bkz the old ones didnt turn out, and he's going to put them in his portfolio. he said the colors still look really bright and nice, which made me happy. 
i got to eat a wawa sandwhich too, which always makes me happy.
but now i'm going to wash my face, and go pass out bkz it's been the longest day ever.
