Noo! Don't punch a punching bag without gloves! It's sooo bad for your hands. You'll get calisses, which arn't any good unless you plan in getting in alot of street fights. It's also going to put too much pressure on your knuckles which is known to cause arthritis. Get gloves! You can find a cheap pair for like $35.
