so my sister, her husband and daughter came up from ga to visit me for the week. it was like having a second job, i was so exhausted every night. we had a great time, i like being the favorite aunt (the fact that i'm the only aunt does not influence my status at all). now it's back to my regular boring schedule of a bunch of nothing. but the weather is fantastic so i might try to find something to do outside.

you know, i could eat sseafood everyday of the week if i could only cook it so that it was edible. i tried catfish last night--even followed a recipe--and it tasted like balls. i threw it all out and just had asaragus and mashed potatoes for dinner. maybe i'll post an inquiry in the kitchen group. but if anyone wandering into my journal has any ideas, feel free to post.
