Check me out, I'm updating! Just got back from a week long trip to California that I am retroactively dubbing "Mark Goes to California: Watch Out, Ladies!"
- I almost got into a fistfight with three teenagers outside of a demolition derby
- I got kissed by two cute goths while hanging out on a curb on Hollywood Blvd, wishing my body would process all the vodka I'd been drinking so that the world would stop spinning
- Went to Cheetah's strip club in Hollywood.
- Surfed a lot.
- Ruled so hard in general.
It was an awesome trip, but I'm glad to be back, surrounded by the relative normalcy of Portland. As fun as it is to visit LA, I don't know that I could ever live there again. It's like living in Mad Max-ian version of the apocolypse, but with more cars and less Tina Turner.
In other news, school starts back up in just five weeks, and Wells Fargo Online is listing my requested loan amount as $999,999.00. So that should be interesting.
