I got you there. I have a six year old cousin whole thinks I am the greatest. He tells all of his friends that I am his best friend in the whole wide world. It is flattering yet at the same time it a a bit unnerving knowing that he looks up to me and that I should do what I can to be a good role model for him. So just take it as a positive and do what you can for her.

Yes it's very difficult news to handle. Calvin is otherwise perfectly healthy his heart is just working faster and harder than it needs to. We're over the major hysteria of the situation although uttering the words "My son is going to have heart surgery" can't be done without tears rolling from our eyes. We pray to God every night which isn't something we normally did until we had our baby. He's going to be just fine, we have opted for the non-invasive technique of the amplatzer implant as our first attempt at fixing the artery and hopefully we'll be done with it. It's a one-time fix and should take less than 2 hours. I'll call you when we find out the surgery date.
