Very rarely do i get bothered by not having a car or a license. It forces me outside no matter the weather, and i don't really mind it one bit. And while i was standing outside in freezing wind and snow searching through my pandora stations, i got an idea on how to approach this blog homework. Although i guess it's last weeks haha, oops! this one took me a while..... you'll see why. @lyxzen @rambo
The topic was top 5 songs.... and that had me hung up, because it all really just DEPENDS. so I thought instead i would do it this way....
*disclaimer - this was way more difficult than anticipated. choosing songs instead of bands was probably what made it more difficult. Had a hard time narrowing it down to a song. this blog literally took me days!
My new Set is now in Member Review. This was the 4th time i've experienced a set going into MR, and this is by far the best yet. It's funny though, how even after 3 previous sets being released, the days and hours leading up to release are always the same. It's still that same anxious nervousness, hoping other people love your work as much as you do.
There are a couple things that i think make this time around a little different, though. The absolutely amazing comments and abundance of love and support so far has been overwhelming. I'm astonished, really. Since Finite/Infinite came out back in 2013, i graduated college, and took a step back to consider my place in the world and what it is i wanted to do. My love for SG hadn't wavered much, but my drive to be a Suicide Girl really wasn't the same for a little while. That is, until a few ladies waltzed into my life and reminded me of why it was that i came here in the first place and what it was i was actually looking for. i think that because now i've made some great real life friends to share this journey with that this set means a little more to me than my last ones. I love my girls @rhody @ameline @duo @slinky . They reminded me that being a part of SG, and being a hopeful, is bigger and better than just naked photos and a lame popularity contest.

I love self shooting because it lets me explore all kinds of ideas. I do have to say though, it's hard wanting to be on both sides of the camera while trying to execute a vision. hey lady friends, let me shoot you. I have ideas.
