Today, while rushing-about-no-time-to-spare, I have consumed:

  • Two mugs of coffee.
  • One healthy meal.
  • Popcorn
  • A slice of chocolate cake.



Including in the day one workout, packing for travel, and last minute work/hacking/making.

Conclusion:
Chocolate and coffee are awesome.
Also:
I'm really, really, for real, not allergic to coffee or chocolate anymore. In fact, I feel great.


Now, to continue the healthy trend by having a cider & stout for dinner.

I will be making my way up north most definitely some time this year. Hopefully a few times! One of my best ladies is moving from DC to Berkley so I will have no excuses not to visit with her being on the West Coast wink
