I'm in the last few days before hopping back to Europe for the Essen Games Fair. I'm hoping to put my newest prototype in front of a few publishers. This one has the distinct advantage over the last one of being fun to play. I'm modestly optimistic.

After that I've got 2 weeks to kill and a 4 country Eurail pass to do it with: Germany, Czech, Austria, Italy. It was meant to be a family vacation. Mum, who's always been afraid to fly but loved Old World culture, was finally going to make the trip and I was going to play tourguide. Now dad's on a slow mend from a nasty bug, and I'm going by myself. I'm not keen to hear my father was too sick to travel, of course. But it does open up the question of where I'll land now that I can wing this one freely.
