Absinthe Jello - a recipe

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup absinthe
- 1 1/2 cups water, hot
- 1/2 oz unflavored gelatin. (this is 2 envelopes if you're using the Knox stuff that my grocery store carries.)
- Sugar to taste. (6 Tablespoons?)

Directions:

Pour absinthe into a small casserole dish. (Or whatever you make jello in.)

Sprinkle gelatin over top.
