Now that Christmas is just about done, I can't wait to get back at the gym. I took a week off to spend with my family and I feel like I gained 20 pounds. Lol! Is it just me, or do it feel like Christmas is dying off? Not once did I get excited that it was Christmas. Just felt like every other day. What's your thoughts on it? Did you have the Christmas cheer, or did it pass you by like me?

I haven't felt excitement about any holidays in a few years now. The only difference for me is some days off during the week.
