Still at the Mom house and will be for the next 10 days. Found a NICE apartment this past weekend. 1/1 with new carpet, new appliances, lots of counter space in the kitchen, central AC, dish washer, HUGE walk-in closet, 2 pools, gym etc. $679/mo with $200 deposit to move in!!

Went shopping for furniture this weekend & found some really nice stuff too. Modern and all black to boot. I went and spent $1,000 this morning and damn near furnished the entire place. Still missing a couch and a mattress/box spring but that should only cost another $6-700 more.
I take delivery of the apartment and furniture on the 1st. I am so fukking excited I could puke. It's been a while since I had my own place,
