today i get to go see my friend matthew who is on tour with some band doing sound for them.....
matthew and i met four years ago when his band played a hardcore festival...the first ever HELLFEST, for those of you in the know (*ahem sxesam*)
his band stayed at my house...or rather, we all slept outside on the quad of the SU campus.
matthew and i kept in touch...postcards and emails and IM conversations.
the next year he came back for hellfest, only this time he stayed at a friends house so i only got to see him for two hours.
i havent seen him since.
hes the only friend left over from my "college" days....
i cant fucking wait.
