I got Audry started tonight as I put the part in and the oil in gave her a gallon of gas, rode her around Charged her batterie. She runs pretty good but the clutch isn't engageing. Hummmmm. Have to look at that and get her adjusted on Monday. Now it smells like I live in a garage, smells like gas. I work all weekend and Monday is a holiday from school. Rememberance day for my Canadian pals and Veterans day for us. Hey I am a veteran, so it is my day. What am I going to do on my day? I think I might ride to a Vets Cemetary and pay my respects by walking around the headstones and secretly say thanks for your service.
IN FLANDERS FIELDS the poppies blow
Between the crosses row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders fields.
Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.

an they should have at least been warned about that. We were when I was young an I am an officers child. But nothing at all was done. They weren't even scolded. oh well....gotta love the new army.. when the kids hurt each other bad enough something will have to be done. I just hate having to be a prisoner in my own home for an hour an half every afternoon. grrrr
