Video games as a product are some of the most annoying things ever concieved. The TV commercials make then look so damn good and then when you actually play them, all you get is frustrated. I thing the problem stems from the fact that a lot of the people making games as programmers and developers have very little imagination. They just rehash the same formulas over and over again. Me, Ill just stick with Megaman and Mario. A least there I know what Im getting. Ill never beat a Megaman game but theyre still fun, and Mario is always a good time.

This weekend was rather dull inspite of the fact that I wasnt working. Saturday I took my bar to the car wash to wash 5 years of dirt off it (it was stored in the garage till now), and I went to see Harry Potter 3 at the theatre which really didnt live up to my expectations. Sunday is rainy so I guess its an IN day. Ill play with my new digital camera and see if I can upload some pics to this site. Then maybe Ill go out to the garage and start re-painting my bar so I can get it down the basement and start hosting drinking parties down there.

Yeah, PS2. Good times. I'm glad I wasn't planning on getting Tomb Raider. I'm glad, too, that I'll never be tempted to. I liked the first one enough, but... more and more and more of the same get's boring. (Although I've been playing Gran Tourisimo for the past, like, 15 says strait! Then once I'm done that, I'll go back to RallySport Challenge 2, then probably, not having enough rally, go to Colin McCree 3. Then Rainbow Six, then Rainbow Six 3... Then back to Gran Tourisimo..!! Video games RAWK!)
