grrr!!!! really? 2 nights of sleep and now up until sunrise again... this fucking blows! I need to find a way to calm my mind so I am not staying up so damn late!!!

Asleep for 10 minutes and had an extremely long drawn out dream/nightmare. I haven't woken up wake awake and have to turn some form of light just to lay here. So weird... Now I'm all wide awake and tired as hell!!!
