I have spent the past 3 months busting my ass to be the best barback at the bar I work at... All the bartenders want me as their barback because I go out of my way to go above and beyond what's expected of me... How am I being repaid for this?! The manager over the bartenders told them that she doesn't want them tipping out the barbacks any more... I am beyond livid! This fucking bitch just fucked me out of $300+ a month... This is money I relied on, money I needed to be able to survive... Now what am I supposed to do?! I apparently will just bounce from now on... Pays the same now and less work... I just have to worry about keeping the peace instead of stocking shit. Fuck this fucking job!!!!
