Slipped on the ice at work today... Still unsure if It actually caused any issues with my back yet or not... Guess I will know tomorrow...

I'm way too young to have back pain like I do. I hope you're alright. Try to stay positive.. it's not easy at first but fear is the root of all evil, never give into it's lies xx
