New jobs going pretty good... My girlfriend just found out that her
friend she grew up with hung herself last night... So on top of her
being in pain for the past month she now has to deal with her friend
dying... I am beyond stressed and about to break down myself... I
don't know how much longer I can be strong for her... This has
been a huge emotional toll seeing her in pain and then on top of that her friend dies and I have to be even stronger for her... I feel like I'm going to break!

Big hugs. Being strong for her is important, but you also need to save your strength.
